Perianal abscesses
Sir I'm suffering from perianal abscesses since October 2022.there is no blood or pus discharge till now only a big lump has formed under skin beside anus.earlier lump use to subside by taking antibiotics but now antibiotics don't work.anorectal sonography shows intersphinteric abscess with suspicious opening inside anal region..please help
