I am not taking any medicine except the lukewarm honey water mixed with black pepper and doing gargle with lukewarm water mixed with salt. I am breast feeding my 6months old baby.

My due date for second dose is 1 October But today is 30 October Can I take the vaccine I'm 1 month late now

I get no tears when I cry and under air my eyes become extremely Dry,it's difficult to blink.I have tried all allopathic treatments but nothing worked to cure my problem completely.I don't have any history of any medical disease and my thyroid levels are also normal.About 1.5 years back I was hit by a bad flu during which my eyes watered a lot, got swelled up and since then I developed dry eyes or no tears in my eyes.I was also put on antibiotics like doxycycline for a month but it did not work, can I ever cure?
