Having black neck from behind , it becomes very dry. Pls recommend homeopathic medicine. Visited dermatologist he inspected and told it's acanthosis nigricans because of little overweight (80 Kg).

My sister had been diagnosed with insuline resistant pcos and has been on homeopathy medicines which showed promising results,she is getting periods regularly, however she is unable to get rid of pcos belly and acne even after eating balanced food and correcting all other lifestyle. She wanted to start inositol supplements (she's already on vit d & b12) as she read about it and met peple who had good results with it. which inositol is safe to consume with homeopathy medicines and duration?

My blood pressure is high specially at doctors clinic (170-180/90-100) but at home it's generally fine (between 70-80/120-140). Should I start taking allopathic medicine ? Can homeopathic cure the problem ? I am very worried as I am too young to have a chronic disease.
