When the month of oct and nov come. I usully feel discomfort in breathing.in the whole day i did not feel any tight congestion but at night when i lay down on bed i feel chest heavynees, some kind of beathing heavines and sound like wheezing. I feel like some kind of sand goes in the lungs or i someone put heavy stone on the chest. It only happen when i go for sleep and laydown. But for a while if wake and stand up i feel relief means in standing position . I took an examine of asthma test but nothing found in the report i mean no asthma identification but still dont know why this heaviness occur .. suggest some measures and reasons

Hello, My Reticulocyte count is 5 (normal range 0.5 to 2.5) and LDH is 308 ( normal range<248). Also my Billurubin count for past 1 month is in between 1.6 to 2.75. My B12 is 111 and D3 is slightly low. What exactly this represents.
