Please do not take both the medicines together as it would not benefit you. Both of them would interfere in each others proper functioning. So i would advise you to take any one at a time.

First thing understand how both medicine are prepare. Eg if you heard about haldi, then understand it.  if it use as whole part without changing it into powder form put in meal during preparation,  then it will not dissolve proper and taste also not good when when same haldi you use as powder form in meal then it dissolve and taste and provide colour to it. Same thing occur in both this system. Raw form is ayurvedic and powerder or energies form in homoeopathic.
Next Steps
take both condition with your treating doctor any one system that is more good then mixing other. you can use no harm bt make it taken under guidance of any physician.

The mode of action of homoeopathy and ayurveda is entirely different, I would say opposite. I don’t advise taking both medicines together. Either go for homoeopathy or ayurveda. Homoeopathy has wonderful medicines for IBS

Did you get investigated to diagnose the reason for frequent urination,if not please get it done. Using homoeopathy and ayurvedic simultaneously is not advisable. Homoepathy can address both the problems . Consult for more detailed advise and treatment.
