Have severe hair fall post one year of delivery . More than 1000 strands daily. What can I do ? It started 8 months onward and has peaked in 12-13tg month . How do I stop this before I go bald !

My age is 27 . I was vaccinated of covishield 2 days ago . Then after 2-3 hours of vaccination whole body ache start mostly on waist, back bone, legs and heads. When it comes to hairfall everyone suggest arnica jaborandi. But somewhere I read arnica and jaborandi will blocks dht and helps in hairfall. Blocking dht will cause impotence. Please let me know about your thoughts in this.
