Hi, By 21 yrs u stop growing.and its not possible in any system of medicine to increase ur height.
By the way 5 feet 6 inch is not a bad height

Hello, the periosteal ends of the bones fuse between 18-21 yrs age. It is not possible to increase the height with any system of medicine once it has been fused. I would suggest stretching exercises & good nutrition. To know more & for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.
