Redness & pinch needle feeling on hands
Since yesterday my hands' fingers are red but not completely. As it's winters now, my skin is very dry also. But this redness look like patches or blood being collected at one place. Skin feels rough on redness area. I'm very anxious about it. Kindly help is it because of winter or it's an allergy?
