Single Gallstone of 15 mm ( along with fatty and enlarged liver). Can it be treated through homeopathy?

Hello, please help A homeopathic doctor prescribed me homeopathic medicines for mild hydronephrosis and erectile dysfunction after a detailed assessment, he prescribed me in the morning 5 ml of LM2 after shaking 10 times and several other medicines, i thought it's too much, but i ate everything prescribed by him, After taking medicine i had sharp chest pain and tightness on left side on the first day itself, i contacted him he said very good aggravation medicine working, i had headache also, then i didn't took medicine next day, pain got better and then after that day again i took medicine for straight two days, and now my left side chest pain and tightness isn't going away even i had left the medicine 5 days back. I don't know what he gave me, one medicine says nephroset but i couldn't find anything like that on the internet, please help to reverse this effect.

Can LPR treatable in homeopathy?I don't want to eat allopathy medicines, Please suggest the diet and natural way to treat this at home along with homeopathy
