I am 27 years old male. I have very less urine holding capacity since childhood . It is only 100 ml in each voiding and can not control urge mild leakage occurs. Is it possible to increase urine holding capacity of my urinary bladder ???

I've advice to use KALISULPH 6X tablete (4 tablete) 3 times a day  for sebhorric dermatitis. But i'm confuse.. That should i take it with water... Or allow to dissolve under the tongue... My Dr... Is not available any suggestions will be highly appreciated🙏

I was on antidepressants for depression. I consulted a homopathic  doctor 2 days ago as allopathic treatment is not working any more.
