Hello I have been suffering from scrotal pain for last 3months. Previously the pain was very high and was accompanied with nausea. I have consulted several doctors specially allopathy and conducted a USG test 2 months back. The report found nothing. The pain seems to ease down slowly with passing days with 0 sign of nausea. Still I did another USG last month from another institution and there the reports revealed presence of light hydrocele and a scrotal pearl on my left scrotum. Then I consulted a homeopathy doctor whose medicine i am continuing for last 2 weeks. The pain was easing each day but sudden from last 2 days the pain just increased too much and left scrotum became heavy and loose too. I can feel the pain even wearing scrotal support. Is it normal to have increase in pain after taking homeopathy medicines?? Or is it something else??

I have polycystic ovaries and I have high Bap 140/90, fasting insulin and H1bc normal but insulin pp is high 81µU/ml. HDL cholesterol is 39 mg/dl and LDL cholesterol is 114 mg/dl and NON-HDL cholesterol is 133 mg/dl. Moreover I have anxiety issues. Are these problems related? insulin resistance causes pcos or is it vice versa? Can homeopathy help bring the numbers within limits.

I can't hold urine more than 200ml. If bladder is full of 150-200 ml Urine then sudden intense urge and mild leakage. But no pain no burning during urination or after urination. This problem is since last 10 years. I am 27 years old male. USG report shows normal bladder normal prostate. So , why can I not hold urine ???

Sir my age is 17 years childhood vaccinated for tetanus is complete UpTo 4 dose intinal 3 dose UpTo 6 months and one booster at 18 months then taken one tetanus toxoid injection at 15 years of age because of injury and after that September 2021 taken one tetanus toxoid injection and before 7 days taken tetanus toxoid injection one more but today I had injured in muddy soil do I need tetanus immuglobin injection as I read that tt injection don't provide instant immunity do I need tetanus immuglobin for protection or not please tell last tetanus toxoid injection before 7 days and rest explain above

I feel nausea  getting up car and bus due to bad smell inside car and bus. I can't tolerate any strong smell also , get headache . I feel severe nausea vertigo headache as soon as bus and car start running and after going small distance vomiting . And nausea headache continue for 12 hours to next day . This problem is since childhood and now I am 28 years old male. And for that reason I can't go out and I can't study . I consulted many good allopathy and homeopathy doctor allergic specialist. But they all told as you can't tolerate the smell inside bus and car so you have nothing other than avoid it. So, I have nothing to do .
