Uterine fibroid, hormonal imbalance or fluid retention could be the reasons for weight gain around the abdominal area. Also since you are anaemic , you must be feeling tired or lethargic and thus not engaging into exercise.
Take homeopathic treatment for fibroid and anaemia . For weight gain issue, make sure that you start simple exercises, walking or yoga . Take more of fresh fruits and vegetables, simple home cooked meals and plenty of healthy fluids.
