Which is the best medicine for cholesterol..first one homeopathy doctor gave me adel-28...then another gave me gautteria gumaeri q...now the doctor I last consulted on practo gave me cholesterinum 3x...iam totally confused..iam taking cholesterinum 3x now will it reduce cholesterol

I am 26 years old and have been taking medicine of hypertension since last 4 years.Numerious tests have been done since then,but all the reports are normal.How is it possible to have disease without any reason?I am using mylod at H.my body isnot fresh as it should be,I feel weak to do any work ,sometimes I feel dizziness.I wish my helath could be same as it use to be before. I am from Nepal and this problem started after the earthquake in 2015 I think the reason is also the earthquake but doctors never believe,they just repeat the same tests and prescribes the medicine and also asks never to leave the medicine.I think I am using the medicine to reduce the symptoms but I am looking for the treatment that cures the cause.I have written this msg with extreme hope.And also expect to get good response from all doctors including Dr. Himani Negi. Hi. My ultra sound showed 7-8 gallstones with a size of 3-4 mm. I donot have a pain at the moment but had vistied my gastro doc for a hyper acidity problem thats there from the last 12 years or so. My doctor has adviced me to go ahead with a laproscopic surgery for gall bladder removal. Can this be treated by Homeopathy and is there a success rate? Other details - Endoscopy showed small hiatus hernia, otherwise appeared normal. Ultra sound showed Grade I fatty liver, Cholelithiasis, Right Renal Non Obstructive Calculus. Also what is the reason for my hyperacidity, is it the gallstones?
