I have bilateral vericocele. More on left and less on right. Can homoeopathic treat vericocele?? or surgery is the only option??

Hi, I went through a big stress period around July-Aug 2021, Hereditary I have pattern bladness history which was causing little bit reduced on my temple hairline till that time.. Around Aug Last I have notice much more hairfall from all overy scalp than normal which I haven't noticed earlier.. From September 2021 onward I was under homeopathic treatment to control DHT & hairfall.. But I don't see much changes, sometimes less or sometimes more hairfall.. But my hair is getting thin only specifically from the back of my head.. After 6 months of treatment I went to another homeopathic doctor who suggested me to take Syphilinum 200 once in a month & rubrum 30 twice in a day.. I have small white spots on my nails.. Little bit dandruff & itching in my scalp.. Till now I don't have any smooth bald patches in my scalp.. Hair is there but very thin conditions specially in back of the head.. I am noticing that wherever more rubbing is going hair is falling & thinning mostly from there...

My doctor has prescribed medicine uranium nitricum 4x and Iris vers 6c . He has advised me to take these medicines keeping gap of 2 hours. Now my question is if I give 2 hours gap then I have to stay fasting for long hours. So , my query is if I take these medicines by keeping gap of 1:30 hours then those medicines Will not work ?? Or their efficiency will be reduced ???
