Dear friend, fatty liver is a disease due to food and life style changes in modern age. However avoid spicy, fatty food, alcohol as little as possible. GB polyp is a benign condition so dont worry. Take Carduas mothet tincture 10 drops  in water at night for 1 month and report me.

These concerns can be very well addressed with Homeopathy. You are requested to share your USG report to determine the grade of fatty liver. Nevertheless, both the problems can be treated in the safest and the most gentle way. A detailed case history is required to proceed with the treatment regime.
