Regd cooking oil for Indian food

Hello, My query is regd which cooking oil to be used for Indian food? We are 36 (M) and 37 (F) years old and our cholestrol and LDL levels are higher than range. Of late we've been using cold pressed mustard and cold pressed groundnut oil. We don't eat fried stuff, mostly need oil for sautéing or cooking vegetables. Sometimes, we use ghee for tempering in dal. Which oil can we use for daily cooking especially which is heart friendly? Some suggest coconut oil, some suggest olive oil. Doctors, please guide 🙏

Pain in left side of chest

When i climb stairs i get pain in left side of chest. I got all test done for example- ECG, Echo, TMT as well as CT angio. All normal. In CT it was diagnosed no blockage but deep myocardial bridges. But still I get pain when I climb stairs but my cardiologist tells it's not angina and not heart disease. But he prescribed Beta lock 0.25 two times. Not only that whenever I shout or speak loudly in angry I start getting pain in left side of chest and also while sleep or half sleep if I sudden awake due to any sound viz ring tone or any fear I start getting pain in left side of chest. Pain spreads to left back, arms and neck too. I am totally confused. Cardiologist tells no heart disease but I feel it is there. If I try to forget or follow words of cardiologist recurring pain due to above reasons remind me and make me confused.
