Hello Doctor, I am having upper back pain for the last 4 months consulted ortho doctor they advised it is because of postural problem and muscle tightness, going for physio, while doing it I feel relaxed but after that slowly pain is coming back. while lying down relaxed like chest wide open getting feel of chest tightness and palpitations. Consulted cardiologist he asked to take some test to rule out cardio issues I have done ecg, echo and tmt, chest x ray all comes out normal. BP and Cholesterol wer there. Taking BP pills metosartan 25. Even after that test which I have done 3 weeks back I am getting chest tightness, dizziness sometime with heart palpitations while lying. When getting such feel I become tensed and worried. Kindly suggest what to be done further to come out from this issue. Is this post covid long term symptoms mentioned by WHO. Fatigue Shortness of breath Cough Joint pain Chest pain Muscle pain or headache Fast or pounding heartbeat Depression Anxiety Dizziness

What this above report says is it serious

I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down since 2 months..ecg is all normal...i am on ciplar La 20 tablet..is this enough treatment or any other treatment is required..i feel better now not completely gone but 50% better

My echa test results is myxomatous ritral valve with mild mr ,LV ID:5.7 cms, LV ID5: 38 cms, IVSd: 0.8 cms. LVPWd: 0.8 cm. EF: 60 percent, the doctor said my lell ventricle is little bit increase and said not too dangerous prescribed one medication proloment r 25 for one month  I don't have any symptoms expect skipped heartbeats previouly  not now, is my echo is normal or any problem? How long should i use the medicine? I want to stop these medicine because i am getting side effects of medicine like acidity problems  , lightheadedness, etc can I stop medication?

Hello as my elder brother passed away due to heart issue on dec2021 and after his death i don't know what thing i am facing right now If some tension comes infont of me i used thought my heart is paining and all those that he face when he is sick. I have concern the dr. About my health issue and everything they check me and i have normal ecg report during checkup and after a month i am again facing such issue again Please suggest me what to do. If i turn my mind away everything changes I don't feel any issue in my heart But once i started thinking it start Please reply what should i need to do. These are tablet given by them

When I went to cardiologist for check up he runned some tests and said nothing to worry and prescribed one medication name is Prolomet R 25 for one month , when I am research about medication I found it is a beta blocker  I have doughts regarding medicine how to stop these medicine I have no blood pressure please tell me the solution ,
