I have taken one ECG and echo.echo was taken yesterday and ECG today.doctor said both are normal but I am concerned about ecgs findings.I had Shoulder pain and palpitations.

Hi doctors, My father (64 years) who has high BP has recovered from Covid 2.5 months ago. He had been hospitalized for a week of treatment and has been discharged after 11 days. He had been taking Bronac 600,Astymin Forte for 2 months and discontinued recently as per Dr's advice. He was also taking Ecosprin 75(as his d dimer was high) for nearly 2 months and only discontinued as per Dr's advice. He is still taking Nintedanib 150 and has been prescribed to take the same for 1 more month. After he started taking Ecosprin, his resting pulse level would go down from 75-80 to 60-70 and sometimes even 55-60 range. As mentioned, he discontinued the same 4 days ago and his resting pulse rate is still low in 57-65 range. His BP is normal (80/130) at day but at night it goes up(88/157). He claims he's fine, does not feel dizzy but is tired at times. Is this not a concern or should I take him to a Cardiologist to do ECG/Echo? Is it normal for BP to be high while pulse is still low at night time?

Having sharp chest pain at left side for a few seconds while doing exercise(jumping,running) I have had this pain since last week. Already done ECG,2D echo,TMT last month all are normal. Having gas pain as well.(in chest) But this kind of pain I feel in the morning while exercising. pls advise if something serious.

Can I keep taking migrabeta tr-40 (prescribed for anxiety) with ctd-t 6.25/20 ? My BP is 115/65 currently and was 160/90 few months back. Since I started migrabeta I'm feeling light headed and little dizzy.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PATIENT MR GRADE II+2jets, concentric lvh all others normal While performing 2d echo my bp was 200/100mmhg Doctor gave tablets to control bp suggested nothing to worry and told control bp makes MR jets will further control. Is it because of high bp during 2d echo test  MR ll is happening?

I get my ECG done as part of regular check up today, i did this test for the first time and was little tensed. When i recieved my report, on top of report the doctor has mentioned 1. sinus tachy cardic. 2. mild ST change. What is the meaning of this. Is something serious..?

Did my ECG in the morning and the report says "Tall T wave and S.Bradycardia". I have attached the ECG report with this. Is it normal? I have also attached some screenshots of my heart rate patterns obtained from my smartwatch device. Additional details: 1. Hameoglobin count is 13.4 Gms% (Normal range is mentioned as 14-18). All other blood parameters are in normal range. 2. I do play tennis in the evening(learning since 3 months), cycle and jog. 3. I use a wearable health smart watch which shows my VO2 max as 46. 4. My resting heart rate has been decreasing since the month of January 2022 (the exact time i have started training for tennis). It was almost constant for the entirety of 2021. Kindly let me know if all this is something I should worry about? Or is it normal?
