Heart Problems & Remedies

My sister is suffering from OCD and recent few days she is feeling fearing a lot. So the doctor suggested to take Clomipramine and asked to take ECG. I have attached the ECG report with this and need feedback for the same.

My resting heart rate is mostly over 100. I feel palpitations often and my heart rate fluctuates between 110-120, all this while lying in bed. My heart rate rises to 160 even for climbing 1 floor of staircase and feel very breathless. Normal Thyroid levels. Have one thyroid nodule. Haemoglobin 9. Normal BMI. Have Spondyloarthropathy & Hidradenitis Supurativa so high CRP & ESR. Attaching the ECG done from my apple watch during palpitations. Is this high heart rate normal?

My resting heart rate always seems to be high. Sometimes I feel my heart is pounding inside my chest then immediately I test the heart rate, it is greater than 120. I ll be lying in bed only but my heart rate ll be fluctuating between 110-120. My heart rate very rarely goes below 100. Hello, since few days Im getting chest pain left side and back pain a day after running or jogging. Ecg and TMT are normal. Some times pain come and go sharply And some times it remains for few seconds. Any idea what could-be the cause.

Hello doc. As my dad is cardiac patient..he has CAD,DM,and hypertension. So as this is rainy season..is it safe to workout on treadmill for such people?

Now I do echo in 2019 there are seen dilated RV but I have no heart problem No any other cardiac disease no hypertension but in anxiety I have high bp now I do echo in 2021 same dilated RV and than in 2022 same dilated no heart problem what should I do I read on Google is this any heart problem?

Hi I feel wired in my chest an i get dizzy feels like vomiting an my heart rate goes up an down an i gets scared an i feel like running to doctor thinking i'll die now i had done echo which is normal an countless ECG which comes heart beat up an down i take lot of burp an sometime my throat an stomach burns

I'm 23 years old and 5'10 and my weight is 60kg now and i do gym and sleep for 6 hours daily and i don't even eat junk food just 1-2 times in a month and I'm an active person, love to walk, every time i get a call i walk while talking and there is no family history of heart disease and even my dad is same as i am. And when I workout my heartbeat never goes more than 130bpm. Is there a chance that i can get a heart disease?
