High Heart Rate
My resting heart rate always seems to be high. Sometimes I feel my heart is pounding inside my chest then immediately I test the heart rate, it is greater than 120. I ll be lying in bed only but my heart rate ll be fluctuating between 110-120. My heart rate very rarely goes below 100. Even if I climb 1 floor of staircase, my heart rate goes to 160 and I become very breathless. My BMI is normal (height 165cm & weight 68kg). Heamoglobin is 9. Apart from this, I have spondyloarthropathy & Hidradenitis Supprativa. Is this high heart rate normal?
