I'm 23 years old and 5'10 and my weight is 60kg now and i do gym and sleep for 6 hours daily and i don't even eat junk food just 1-2 times in a month and I'm an active person, love to walk, every time i get a call i walk while talking and there is no family history of heart disease and even my dad is same as i am. And when I workout my heartbeat never goes more than 130bpm. Is there a chance that i can get a heart disease?
