  4. Left side chest and back pain. Cause.

Left side chest and back pain
Hello, since few days Im getting chest pain left side and back pain a day after running or jogging. Ecg and TMT are normal. Some times pain come and go sharply And some times it remains for few seconds. Any idea what could-be the cause.
