Sir When I climb The Stairs I could Feel the Beat of My Heart for few secs after I reach the Top , I have done my ECG Twice within 3 months But both are normal . Sir my age is 20 , Sir What to Do ??

I had high blood pressure issue 1 month ago 150/100 since then I am on 50 mg metoprolol succinate my avg blood pressure of 24 hours is around 110/70 but I get spikes of 140/90 in every 5 to 6 days is this normal or should I increase the dose

I felt uneasy and went to cardiologist. My BP came 170/110. It happens everytime when doctor measures. It drops after I come home and measure it I didn't took medicine prescribed by doctor as I wanted to monitor for few days before starting lifelong medicine. Since last 4 days after doctor consultation,my BP is in range of 140/90. It has never increased above 145. Should I do for medicine or wait by doing lifestyle modification and see?

Please check ECG and tell the status. The borderline ECG is showing. Is it something dangerous in the report?

Hi, My father is having hypertension from last 8-9 years and ckd from last 3-4 years. He is taking aten 50 from long time. His heart rate most of the time are below 70..however from last few days it's between 55 to 65..today it's around 55-57..so is it need to be worry or it's normal... Today we have not given aten 50. Few days back done ECG.. Doc say some st abnormalities but nothing to worry. Anything we can do to keep heart rate in desire range
