LEFT ANTERIOR DESCENDING ARTERY: - 90% stenosis in proximal LAD - 60% stenosis in mid LAD - Distal LAD is normal - 40% stenosis in diagonal CIRCUMFLEX & OM: - LCX and OMs are normal RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY: - 90% eccentric stenosis in distal RCA - Rest of the RCA are normal -  PDA is normal - Minimal disease in PLV What shall be done? Hello sir/madam, when i was lying on bed suddenly my right side neck had pulsations which is very visible and continued for 3mins after that subsided also it was near collar bone Am so much panicking after this plese help me is it very serious what to do long back my ecg echo came normal but this pulsations are strong in my neck area , stomach ,and body twitching pls replyyyyy

Hello doctors i have sinus tachycardia problem since 2.5 years. I am taking nebicard 2.5mg for that. Since few weeks I am experiencing dizziness so i consulted an ENT doctor nearby and said to take Migrafree plus and Mgd3 for 1 month. So I wanted to ask can I take nebicard and migrafree together ?? It won't affect my heart health ? As migrafree plus is a calcium channel blocker and nebicard is a beta blocker. Kindly guide me.

I have anxiety issues for 8 years and whenever I get admitted to an ER during panic attack, my blood pressure will be 150/100. Recently my anxiety levels are elevated in general and I get more stressed when using an automatic machine. Whenever it starts, I can feel my heart racing (like pulse rate reaching 120 suddenly even if I was calm before starting), hyperventilating & more stressed on what the reading will be. Then it shows 140/100 or sometimes higher. When I go to a doctor in person, they test it manually & they always say it is 120/80 or lower (happened 4 times). Can this spike in BP due to my anxiety? My ECG, echo & blood works are fine but recently I get frequent fatigue, dizziness and my mind immediately starts to panic that it maybe due to high bp. Should I start taking a medicine to lower my BP?

2 years back suddenly one day I had heart palpitation, during heart palpitation i feel like i am going to die and had mild dizziness but i can walk and move that time. I went hospital and taken ecg its normal.. But the heart palpitation scenario repeated again and again, whenever happened this i went hospital and taken some tests. As of now i taken 7 ecg, 2 echo, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray,lipid profile, thyroid and sugar test. All the test were normal again and again. But i could not believe the reports and doctors. I doubtful myself that i had a heart problem based on the symptoms happened in body. Whatever symptoms happened in my body i only think i had a heart issue. Iam non smoker, non drinker, no family history, BP around 130/75, LDL is 130+ and total is 196. No thyroid and sugar. Whats should i do next step, can i take any other test? I living daily with heart attack fear, i can't enjoy my life. Note: I never experience any chest pain, breathing problem and unusual sweating
