Dear Sir, Iam 25 years old male 6 feet and 100kg heavy built on routine echo i found that my IVS thickness is 11.7mm ED and posterior wall thickness is 11mm. How do i reduce it .. i also have accidental finding of LAHB.

Dear Dr. I was diagnosed with grade 1 lvdd e/a 0.79 on routine echo after that i reduced my weight 100 to 80kg and took some homeopathic medicine. After 4 months grade 1 lvdd don't come in my echo it came e/a 1.22 . I would like to ask will it come again . What precautions I should follow. Age 25
