Chest pains, headache, fatigue

I'm a 17 year old girl. I've experienced chest pains that feel like someone's gripping my chest. Recently, i felt it again after i suddenly stood up after sitting for a long time. The next morning, i felt it again but it was not too painful and this time it got accompanied by dizziness, headache and fatigue. The next day, there were no chest pains but the dizziness, headache, and fatigue remained accompanied by nausea. Is this angina?

Frequent and daily pvcs

7 months post partum and having frequent pvcs since her birth. Went to er twice as had many test including ekgs, chest x-ray, bloods and cardiac monitoring. Was told I'm having anxiety causing palpations and nothing is wrong . They happen every day sometimes only one regular beat in between them though thas only happened a couple times.they cause my anxiety attacks. Is this really an anxiety problem? I don't see how these can be harmless they scare the heck out of me. I have had them throughout my life but never daily . It only started to be frequent after the traumatic birth of my second child 7 months ago. I was told to Google health aninety and palpations. This only made me worry more because some things say pvcs are dangerous

Pulmonary hypertension

My father was having chest pain and troubled breathing whenever he was doing some activity like walking a long distance, and also having a fever feeling from inside along with cough. Doctor prescribed to undergo ECG and Echo cardiography. After analysing the ecg report doc said it is normal, and gave some medicine for the pain. Now the pain has reduced, but rest of the issues are there. The echo cardiography report is mentioning severe pulmonary arterial hypertension. I have attached the report. Please go through it and suggest me what to do. Shall i approach some pulmonologist for proper diagnosis or PAH is not a major issue?
