ACCORDING TO CARDIOLOGY A Dr. SUGGESTED CAUSES, TREATMENT, IS IT CURABLE? KINDLY SUGGEST CORRECT SOLUTION

Recently I had cholesterol check up and found abnormal about 540 so physician advised to consult cardiolist so please help to advice on do's and don'ts. Openly I am telling I am an alcoholist but trying to avoid slowly. Thankyou

Sir in one year near about four time my heart beat increase abnormal near about 210 . Then I have need to hospitalization. I am daily take one tablet Clapton 80 but till now this problem occur . Due to this I m very worried with this problem. Lots of questions are in my mind why this increase is it attack or some blockage problem . My echo report is very good but why this problem arise . What should I do when I m in train or bus.

High blood pressure about 130/95. Sometimes 140/103. This high blood pressure is from 1 week. Headache on left side above left eye.

From 3 days I m suffering from mild chest pain between breast . Some times it pains when I breath and when I lay down on bed ..Some times my heart beats loudly and fast.. I took tablet for acidity and pain killer today but no change.. why it happens what is my problem.

I have been having a turbulent month. It started of me having pain in my arm and side of chest ,which really freaked me and I thought I am having some very problem so I had an eco test , ecg , tmt test and all of them came out normal , but after that I was sure that I do not have heart problem then I started having pain in part of my head and eye so I had an ncct head which came out normal and neck x ray which was also normal . 2 days back I went to see a eye specialist and he said that I has eye infection and gave me drops for 6 says and now my eye problem is gone but still when I go out for 1 hour I really feel stressed and tired and I was a kind of person who was very active. I am really worried and also sometimes I suddenly start feeling anxious and my face starts to warm up and my ears also starts to turn red however this stops after 5 mins . I am really tense and wants to be normal. Pls advise me what to do.

I hv bn diagnosed with LVH with IVSd 1.4 cm. All other findings were normal and intact with EF 70%. Even final impression was "Normal study". Have little elevated systolic B.P around 140 but dystolic upto 75. Blood tests are normal with Cholesterol 190 and Triglycerides 100 and no sugar. My cardiologist is casual about LVH. Shall i be worried about it? Is 1.4 cm too much? I have an athletic physique, used to go to gym regularly and some times to running. Pls advise.

I feel some kind of uneasiness in heart not a severe pain, it's kind of heaviness like something is kept on my chest, also feels discomfort in my left hand shoulder, kind of numbness on fingers,, here too it's not sever pain, discomfort feeling, it's effecting my sleep, I used to smoke but not a regular smoker now, smokes hardly one or two cigarettes in 2 or 3 months, occasionally drinks, less than 3 days in a month. I am also facing gastric problems, the chest discomfort I am facing it for last 2 years. Consulted doc once 2 yrs back, according to doc everything was ok, the second time it happened with severe numbness and in left hand fingers and lightheadness, doc discovered spondylosis. I even had a shoulder injury in 2009, I dint take much care then, I don't know why it's happening, due to heart problems? Gastric issue? Pinched never due to the injury on shoulder? Kindly please suggest me what to do why I am facing these problems, lately it's effecting me big time. Thank you doc.
