Triglycerides : 412, TSH : 9.43, In the recent blood test i have these values Higher level, which doctor i need to visit, Cardiologist or endocrinologist ?? what are the complication of these levels?

These days feeling pain on right side with anxiety and coolness in body and sleep disruption with chest pain

I have bp issue since 1 year now.started with s numlo but had to stop coz of swelling in legs..then started with eritel 40 mg for few months now i m on tablet eritel 20mg since 2 months...my concern is i have been putting on weight since diagnosed with blood pressure ..i feel may b its coz of eritel tablets

I have been experiencing a strange occasional single heart beat in my chest. some time it feels near neck. It is kind of a bubble or hickup kind of feel in my chest. It come some day will be there for 2 days and will be like a high beat every 5 min, some times only after lunch and go away on their own. I don't feel any pain or discomfort, but I feel worried about it.Please advice.

My father got 2 small attack on 22nd Nov and by same night he got major attack. After 36 hours around patient has been shifted from dhanbad to Kolkata hospital. On 28th angioplasty has been done. he had 90% blockage in main vessel. One stent they have put..he got discharged on 1st but again he has been admitted in hospital on 2nd as water has filled near lungs and heart and he was not able to breath at all. He was in CCU for next 7 days and he got discharged on 13th Dec. Recently blood test has been done for BNP( BNP was 956), potassium 2.4 serum creatinine 1.84..doctor has changed the medicine for 2-3 days...now he is taking concor 1.25 mg, prax 10 mg, eptus 50 mg, ivabrad 5 mg, ecosprin 75 mg, aztor 10 mg, potklor, febutaz 40 mg as uric acid was high, ...but since yesterday he has difficulty in breathing, he can't sleep...what to do?

I have too much pain in chest .I think that is heart attack symbol.so recommend me best diet and how to make free from it.

When to use loading dose for heart attack and how?could loading dose give to any person?explain first aid for heart attack ?

Got my bp checked and cross-checked multiple times today. Came out as 90/80 on an average. (Results varied as 88/78 and 92/80) This value seemed unlikely to me, but I'm sure the machine was working right. I knew my bp is usually low, but this was much lower than I expected. I have chronic stress and frequent anxiety attacks, long term depression and borderline personality disorder. However, today was one of my better days, with less stress. Frequently I have palpitations but I just dismiss them as anxiety. Also have a very low/slight pulse.

I am having now a days problem of Hypertension after that I am totally uncontrollable sweat is coming from body heart pain is strated tension is increase. Two times I am felt down in tension

3 days before my father had angioplasty and next day he has been discharged . A stent was placed . He is facing too much dry cough in night. Dr have gave medicine but that is not helping. I am worried , does this affect the stent and heart??
