My BP was 120/90.I stopped Caffiene totally. I used to drink tea 5 times.I add no salt and spice on my foods and I drink warm water only. I do physical exercises too and have very active lifestyle full of tiredness. My BP was 120/90.sometimes 100/80 or 100/70 after then.i started doing some yoga including anoolom bilum.Even after 3 month my BP is 140/100 twice and120/90 usually.i have grade 1 LV diastolic dysfunction and trace AR. What should I do now? I really wanna live long healthy life.
