Hello Sir/ Madam, I had gone to hospital as i was feeling fast heart beat and doctor suggested to take ECG and in the report it has shown abnormal and they have suggested to do ECHO 2D and finally they concluded that i have Large Ostium Asd (Size=2.5 Cm) with Lt----Rt Shunt and need to under go Surgery. I want to take 2nd opinion on the above, whether it can be resolved by medication or do i really have to undergo surgery.

Spot on tongue.so doesn't taken food. Abnormal heart beat. no pain in chest. No pressure no sugar. but feeling unwell. Arthritis problem.used to painkiller.

I m a bp and tachycardia patient since 2012 recently I was diagnosed with severe insulin resistance since treatment started I lost weight but my tachycardia problem isn't solved ,even after taking medicines many times my heart beat is 120-140 ,now I'm 23 and it's been almost 6 years and this issue has affected my studies as well as career , I'm  taking metropol 50mg in mrng ,metformin 500 mrng and night, lipoglyn 4mg mrng ,amlodopline 5mg morning and night ,losarton 50 mg mrng and night and prazolin 2.5mg in night . Few doctor suggested electrophysiological study of heart while few doctors said it's not needed that's what the biggest confusion is . MY 2D ECHO REPORT IS NORMAL BUT ECG OFTEN SHOWS JUST SINUS

Swelling in the leg and undergone angiogram in the 2014 ....i always feel very weak

My triglycerides is in border high.means value is relatively high all other test are normal.

10 yr ago had mild heart attack, undergone angioplasty (1 staint). Continuing daily medication since then (Clopitab A75, Pinom 20, Arvast 30 ). Recent angiography (1 month ago) shows no new blockage, clear staint-no deposition. LDL 123, HDL 50, LVEF 40%. Since past 4 month feeling dizzy and fainting atleast 3 days in a week. BP found 140/90 Heart rate 65. No answer from cardiac specialist on root cause of symptoms. Kindly help.

Basically, every day i feel lightheaded and faint. I don't actually faint, but i think i would if i didn't sit down and start taking deep breaths. It doesn't feel like a normal panic attack, which i am used to. It kind of feel like a heart attack. Usually i have some chest tightness and notice that inhaling isn't easy. No sweats or fever.We went to the ER a week ago and they did check my heart rhythm and do a chest x-ray and blood work. Tried to tell me it was bronchitis but meds didn't help

Ok so everything I go into the doctor I stress and get anxious which causes me my heart rate to increase and sometimes my blood pressure to go up! So I was wondering any Vitamins I could take to help me with that?

About five (05) days back my father aged 69 years had a severe chest pain subsquently ECG was done which reported of a heart attack and angiography test reported blockage of three arteries 90 percent, 70 percent & 50 percent respectively. The consulting doctor adviced for surgery .

Good LV function Diagnosis- TVCAD Advised- CABG Surgery/Multivessel PCI
