Heart Problems & Remedies

Its regarding my mother. Her MVR was done is in Dec 2011. Presently she is paralyzed from last one and half year her INR level was disturbed from past few days and her INR reached the level of 6 due to which we omit the dose for consecutively 3 days and after that we started with acitrom 2. now on 10th Nov her INR was 1.99 with PT 20. Need to check what should be the appropriate dose for her?

Chest pain comes and goes and yesterday I had really bad jaw ache too! Feel so tired as well
