I have fast heart beats 130,140 i amd 17 years old girl and i started to feel that when i use the stairs i feel dizziness and my heart beats so fast ! And when i went to my doctor they where surprised “ het told me it feels like your heart pushing my hand “ but he told you don’t have anything and that this is a naturel thing in you , but i feel so tried of my heart beats and i don’t know what to do ! Thanks

My BP readings vary from 128/95 to 130/95 , i hardly see my diastolic below 95; Is this a serious issue ? If yes what should i do to bring down diastolic readings ??

I am a 58 yr old female hypertensive patient. I was diagnosed with hypertension along with palpitations 15 years back for which i was recommended metoprolol 100 mg OD. I was doing fine until recently my FBS started to remain impaired constantly & HbA1c was 7.1. My physician changed metoprolol to valsartan 80 mg OD. After switching to valsartan , I have developed racy heart again. I need to know should I continue with beta blocker with impaired FBS or continue valsartan . ??? Regards.

Sir I have cholesterol Level of 240 otherwise everything is normal no BP and normal suger level I need your advice what should I do
