Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 42 years and diabetic. In my family history, both my parents expired with sudden cardiac arrest. I got the check ups done. and High sensitivity c-reactive protein is 4.19. LDL/ HDL cholestrol ratio is 1.5. LDL cholestrol (direct) is 75, and TC/HDL Cholestrol ration is 2.8. Triglycerides are 86. Please advise what to be done. Is it a cause of worry?

I took cough medicine and antibiotics cos I had cough. In the night experience temperature,headache,left arm and chest pain and I felt my heat was double beating. Was I having a heart attack or wrong medication.

I have been having random chest pains since I had a typhoid a year ago. The doctor didn't say much then but I guessed the chest pain and back pain which was intense was due to the typhoid. Now the pain is nowhere near that but I still feel strained in the heart and chest. Especially now while working out. Its more when doing chest workouts and my heart feels really strained. My ECG report says normal but with remarks stating that sinus tachycardia 812. Please help me what it means?
