I am suffering from cold, doctor prescribed me some of the antibiotics simultaneously my bp goes to 150 /100 three times.docter prescribed ozotel h . I am taking medicine from last thee days but reading doesn't goes down.doctor said wait for again two three days I am so scared that to take medicine for life time I am a professor , my weight is 70 kg and hiegh 5.7 ,33 year old no family history of high bp. Please suggest solution also I am doing exercise daily

Recently I used electronic bp machine and the reading came 135/90. And iam just 20 so do I need medication and doctor's assistance or yoga and exercise will do.

I am asthmatic and overweight. I am 20 years old and I am trying to loose weight by doing cardio. However my normal intensity workout my heart rate is 170-190 beats per minute. I don't think I am pushing myself hard either, I can go much harder but afraid that it may be more damaging than good.
