I had normal hair loss. Suddenly I have noticed empty patch on my head front side. I have consulted determotologist, he gave minoxidil topical solution usp 2. But I had Concetric LVH, I didnt inform doctor about LVH. Is it safe for me to use minoxidil solution? Is there any other way to regrow hair? Will this patch spread? With any diet change hair will regrow? Is this patch indicate any of my heart condition?

I had chest pain right in the middle of my chest at work but it doesn't hurt there anymore. Some sharp pains around my chest area every now and then but that happens a lot with my because I have anxiety. I was having some pain on my shoulders and in my left arm and I went to sleep. My echo report shows ivc (20m) dilated and USG report also shows dilated IVC in upper abdomen, ecg report is normal. What is the reason for dilation and what are the health conditions or risks linked to this.
