Hello doctor, My husband is having a pain in chest. The pain is like a prick of a needle,it pains for few seconds and everything becomes normal after that. Pain is approximately once in 10days. He has an allergic bronchitis. Is this 2 things related? Or it is something different? Please help

I came down with viral myocarditis late last year following a very bad case of coxsackievirus.
