Heart Problems & Remedies

I feel hardness or sometimes unknown effect on my heart. Today i did holter test but it showed average heart rate 68

I have a very very very littele pain in my left side of my chest when I'm stretch .it is very very littele pain

She have fever from 1 months. Her CRP test is  high around 66mg/l. What can be the reason?Is it because of some inflammation or Infection? She have also weakness and cough. Is it synonym of cardiovascular disease?

About a month ago I started having sharp shooting pains in my chest, my shoulder and my left arm, has not gone away, have been taking aspirin and ibuprofen for the pain. it worsens if I lay for long periods of time.
