I have been having fainting episodes for almost 5 years and also fast heartbeats chest pains memory loss convulsions unconsciousness It has happened 8 this year and all my tests have come clear but they are worried it could be my heart I would be fine one minutes then the next I’m unconsciousness and waking up in the we every time but nothing shows on my blood work or any other tests

Recently I've been dealing with some acid reflux, which has been causing burning in my chest when eating certain foods. However, 3 days ago I started having pain in my left arm, which gradually became pain in my left shoulder as well. My left arm feels stiff and the pain definitely gets worse when I'm moving my arm around. However, I went for a 3 mile run yesterday and my left shoulder burned painfully throughout. I'm worried it could be heart related.

I had a seizure and subsequently had an ECG done which returned normal. Doctor has now asked me to do a 2d echo which costs a lot. Is it really necessary?

I have chest pain from 1yr, it feels like pain in the right and middle part of my chest. I feel pain only when i move my body where chest gets some moments. I have the habit of smoking 2 -3 cigarettes a day from nearly 4 years, and i am trying to quit that now. I am worried if this is a heart issue or lung problems, i am just 25. . The pain reduces or goes off if i don't move my chest part for some days, and it again increases or starts if i move my hands and chest part. I don't have any other problems or symptoms apart from this. Please give some good suggestions for the problem i am facing.
