Sudden pain in chest

Hi My name is Ashraf Begum and I am 34 years old with 8 year old son. Since two weeks I am having mild pain in my chest. This is happening only when I am hungry and unable to eat on time due to office work. This pain is making my stomach and my left arm uneasy. Sometimes the left arm becomes numb due to the pain. I had kayam churn thinking acidity and I am fine after that. Little worried about it.
