I've always had a heart murmur but latley it's getting worse and more frequent it feels like my heart catches and then beats really hard and it's physically hurting or making me feel very uncomfortable I've gotten light headed a few times and felt like I was going to faint. My mother has been confined to the hospital plenty of times even before because of heart palpitations and I couldn't sort out what the real problem of of her heart is. Whenever this happens, she has shortness of breath and weakened muscles. I'm very worried because recently she got confined again due to increased heart rate that doesn't slow down for hours. Please help me with this. Im very worried

I am 20 years old I've always had slow heart rate but for the past 3 months I've been having very bad headaches, been very tired , have loss of breath and strength and high blood pressure . After weeks of doctors appointment and an eco they told be the cause of all my symptoms was that my heart rate is slow. I've always had slow heart rate but they said seen in older now my body needs more blood that is sending out. They sent me to a cardiologist how seriouse is my problem and what could cause.

My heart rate increases ( 90 Beats/minute ) when i smoke. Its been 1 year that i am smoking ( 5-6 Cigarettes a day) but the problem has been started a week ago. I've been having heart palpitations for almost a week now. I went to the doctor and she told me it was a panic attack. She put me on Klonopin 0.5 mg and another pill that I can't think of the name of at this time and it's not helping me at all. My heart rate is still fast.
