Increase of heart rate

I m taking thyronorm 50 mcg as per doctor advise my last tsh report was 2.7 but doctor told me to continue 50 mcg but i feel heavyness in my chest and my heart rate increases suddenly even i have done 2d echo test and angiography test last year but all was very normal then why it is happening. ..

My mom (55)recently have chest pain. Doctor prescribed angiogram test.but we hear Angiogram is painful so 3DCCG test is better. My doubt Is angiogram and 3dccg both tests are same..? Is 3DCCG test finds the blockages on arteries.? Please suggest which test is better for my mom.
