I have been experiencing pain under my left breast and it's deep. It feels like my heart is squeezing . I also feel the pain through the back when I lay on my stomach. This happens most of the time in the evening when it gets cold.

Pain unlikely to be cardiac . Mostly musculoskeletal or gastritis. Take a course of pantop 40 mg before breakfast for a week and see the response. If no response consult a doctor in person for furthur evaluation
