My mother age 63 yrs post taking 1st dose  of all the below medicine 1.Isoder 10(isosorbide mononotrate ) -3 tab in d morning post breakfast 2.atvast 10(atorvastatin tab) - 2 tablet post dinner 3.Ecospirin 75(Aspirin ) - 1 tablet post lunch 4.Pantocare 40 - 1 tablet morning empty stomach 5.thyrox 25 6.met xl 50 (1 tablet ) post lunch Feeling severe and extreme headache , sleepy and vomiting and extreme weakness and loss of appetite . Please suggest .

My echo result tells Pulmonary Artery is normal and pulmonary velocity is 0.8m /sec Final impression tells Mild TR/PAH Could please let what this echo says

Hello,in the midst of my chest and my heart is very painful and it's hard to breathe. At the same time as my heart, my left hand is very painful and as if someone is striking in my heart.I feel very choking. Sometimes I can not really breathe. Fast heart (between 100 and 120) for past couple of days. I brown inhaler medication for my asthma and over the counter decongestant as I have nasal polyps. Would these contribute? And if I stop taking them when will my heart rate return to normal. Thank you.
