Here is attached lipid profile report. Let me give suggestions on it. And suggest me for daily meal and exercise plan.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension and hashimotos. I recently had an ECG that advised of non specific t wave abnormality as well as possible left atrial enlargement. Was wondering what that could represent and if it warrants seeing a cardiologist. The ECG was done at a walk in clinic for a pre-op exam so not with my regular doctor.

Suddenly diagonis high BP from Saturday. 140/110. I am on diet and not taking any unhealthy food plus on rest but it's not going down. Did ecg today and it was normal.

अचानक किसी भी तरह की घटना के बाद छाती मे चुभन भारीपन होने लगता है । जैसे कि अचानक से बादल का गर्जना , किसी भी तरह की घटना के बारे मे सुनने पर, पैसे की लेन देन के बात करने पर अचानक से किसी के कुछ कहने पर, कोई भी चीज की धमम करने पर, बाए तरफ के छाती एव बाए हाथ दोनो मे ददे भारीपन जलन होती है । मेरे छातक कि xray ecg echo tmt cbc hiv hbsag सब normal है। क्या है यह हृदय रोग के लक्षण है कि कोई और कुछ और । यह परेशानी मुझे दो साल से है। मै एलोपैथिक आयुर्वेदिक होम्योपैथी सब इलाज कर के थक गया हू।

When I checked thru one of the app, my resting heart rate is always more than 85... sometimes crossing 100...I am taking lumia 60k , efem , absolute women capsules on advice of doctor...is this a serious issue?... I am also experiencing depression for nothing...
