Hi, I have query regarding bp which I previously asked but not answered I want to know regarding my blood pressure my blood pressure remains 139/80 143/77 145/83 137/75 and sometimes when I return from work it is 146/79 so I keep checking my bp everyday now I am keep worrying my bp and check daily and every second my bp is 140/80 then 137/82 then 142/73 means reading fluctuates and I never smoke and drink and yes I have little stress like other people but not too much. Please advice me on my bp and Should I go to psychiatrist because now every time I think about my bp

I have rheumatoid arthritis, hashimoto's disease, hypertension. Recently had an ecg and was told abnormal t wave with possible left atrial enlargement. I do sometimes feel fluttering and very rapid beating. My dad had to have mitral and tricuspid valve replacement as well as pacemaker. Would my ecg warrant seeing a cardiologist? Also what could these findings represent? My BP is controlled however the RA ks not. I take 25mg methotrexate weekly, prednisone 10 mg/day.

My age is 26. I have slight heart pain and shortness of breath sometimes and light dizziness also. My lipid profile is normal. My 2D Echo shows - Left ventricle = 4.0 x 3.0 cm, IVSD: 0.8 cm, LVPW: 0.8 cm, EF - 47 % FS - 23 % Others are normal. Is it serious. Is it curable and will I get back to my normal life? I am very much scared, tell me what to do.
