2 months back I had chest pain and done with a ECG which shown Slight ST elevation (V3, V4), I met to cardiologist, he said my symptoms are not related with heart. But he asked to do TMT, which turn out to be negative. Today again I had chest pain, again at hospital asked to do ECG, this time it is showing - Sinus Rhythm With Sinus Arrhythmia and ST Elevation, Probably early Repolarization [ST Elevation with Normally Inflected T Wave] Borderline ECG. Is there anything serious?

Recently I got my tests done and the lipid profile was not normal. The results are as follows: Cholesterol - Total 228.0 mg/dL Triglycerides 217.0 mg/d Cholesterol - HDL 31.0 mg/dl Non HDL Cholesterol 197 mg/dl Cholesterol - LDL 153.6 mg/d VLDL -Very Low Density Lipoprotein 43.4 mg/dl Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 7.4 LDL / HDL Cholesterol Ratio 5 HDL / LDL Cholesterol Ratio 0.2 Please suggest the possible ways to optimize cholesterol. I also want to know the primary reasons for this problem.

For a male senior citizen with a drug elusive stent, another orthopedic surgery needs to be done. He has been asked to stop taking aspirin 75mg. Generally how long is it safe to stop aspirin for patients with stent?

My hear feels like fluttering and thumping especially after waking up. When I measure my heart beat it says 85-95 but it feels like my heart is racing and about to explode. I am taking cardace meto 2.5 mg for last one year every day empty stomach but still the problem of tachycardia did not resolve. However my BP got under control. I also take raw garlic every day.
