Heart Problems & Remedies

Greetings to you doctor.i m male aged 23 years. before 5 months i used to get pain near chest and back of the ribs.and later i got the pain below the ribs. i went near homeopathi doctor and he said thats because of acidity and anxiety. then after a month i went near a cardiologist having fears like that might be mis function of heart.doctor said me that it is trivial MVR and thats because of acidity and gave me medicines 1)Esomac D 40 2)Etizola beta 0.25mg one early in the morning and the other before gng to bed. i used them for 3 months.i m using esomac D and from last 45 days i am not using etizola beta tablets. i m having uneven heart beats.some times it is around 60 and some times it races to 95+ per minute. and i m also feeling like i might get heart attack because of that. i m having 1 or 2 seconds pain sometimes in the left chest and in the right chest and in the back of ribs.my handa get numb many times. please say me what to do and please clarify me y those pains are coming

I m having pain in my left and right chests and also below ribs from last 5 months. i consulted homeopathy doctor he said me that it is because of acidity. and having some fears i then consulted cardiologist doctor. he took ECG and 2D echo test and said it is because of trival mitral valve regulation and also because of acidity and gave me two tablets. one is esomac D 40 and the other one is Etizola beta 0.25mg. i used them for one month and then stopped them.rater when i got pain near left and right chest and below ribs..again i consulted doctor and he asked me to use them again. i used then for 15 days. i stopped using etizola beta tablets and i am only using esomac D tablets. i dont know why i m getting 1-2seconds of little pain in both sides of chest and also back side of ribs and also below ribs. i also have some pain in my left arm pit.this is from 2 days...pain in armpit. my hands also get Numb 5-7times a week

Left side chest armpits and hand pain filling since2 yrs. My ecg tmt xray echo are normal. But i filling pain always. Dr. Says its not related heart pain but I can't satisfied. Pls help me. And give me sagation what i do. Now i cant take any medicine. Beacuse sunce 2yrs i take medicine but i cant filling better. Pls save my life.

Actually am feeling itching near left side chest inside area since 3days what it s resembles​ is there any problem to my heart..?
