Is complete bed rest required for a patient diagnosed with lv dysfunction and is on medication since a week. patient is 58 year old lady.feels better with medicines.

Dear Doctor, My mother age is 59 she was suffering from chest pain last 15 days she is patient of high bp we. Visit to cardiology the said doctor do report of troponin I which is count is 12 and troponin t count is 13.38 and also ECG seems quite normal yet she is suffering from chest pain while walking and brearthing. Please suggest what is the reason of pain what I have to do now please suggest.

My Mother 60 years of age was panting and was getting tired easily..Saw a cardiac specialist and was advised ECG and other tests. Got them done but doctor is out of station so need some advise on how to proceed.  In the report couple of blockage is mentioned so need advise as previously (10 years back) my mom had angio done. I've just had a fever of 38.6 degrees celsius. Body temp is normal but for 3 days my heart rate has been in the 100's. 116bmp 103 bmp. I feel faint and giddy a lot and very weak.

I went for health check up kailash hospital and through ECG i get know about sinus bradycardia. When I checked about it internet i saw the symptoms. I have only problem in breathing, disintrupting while sleeping. Heart rate 55bpm while in rest. Kindly suggest.
