Hello Doc, Today while I was jogging, I had a sudden feeling like something dropped in my chest. Or it could be my heart skipped a beat. It was just for a quarter of a second. Before I thought of stop jogging everything was normal. I continued my jogging. But I was unable to do my routine exercises thinking about the feeling I had. Is this something serious warning, if it is whom should I consult ? Thanks in advance. Regards Naresh

Hi iam chandrashekar i went cardilogy doctor for general checkup 6 months back my TMT and 2D ECHO Normal now iam suffering from difficulty breathing for last week now ihave any cardiac problem now what specificity i have to consult.please suggest me.

My dad, 70,had CABG in 2013, he was on Deplatt A 75 initially and then Deplatt 75 since Nov 2017. His platelet counts were around 45000, when blood thinner was stopped for 3 days, platelet count came up to 150000;doc then prescribed ecosprin 75.Now after a month platelet has again dropped to 44000? All other parameters like WBC, RBC, haemoglobin are within range. Please advise whether to have ecosprin on alternate day or change medicine.

Total cholesterol 199, HDL 35, LDL 121, VLDL 43, TRIGLYCERIDES 216, CHOL/HDL ratio 5.7. Does it require any medication? How to reduce triglycerides level and improve HDL?

Ecg and echo test show coronary artery problem . My left side chest pain always.

I feel like my heart is beating with lot of struggle....pain in my middle of chest and there will be very rapid beat in throat....what's cause the problem....

2 months back I had chest pain and done with a ECG which shown Slight ST elevation (V3, V4), I met to cardiologist, he said my symptoms are not related with heart. But he asked to do TMT, which turn out to be negative. Today again I had chest pain, again at hospital asked to do ECG, this time it is showing - Sinus Rhythm With Sinus Arrhythmia and ST Elevation, Probably early Repolarization [ST Elevation with Normally Inflected T Wave] Borderline ECG. Is there anything serious?

The results are as follows: Cholesterol - Total 228.0 mg/dL Triglycerides 217.0 mg/d Cholesterol - HDL 31.0 mg/dl Non HDL Cholesterol 197 mg/dl Cholesterol - LDL 153.6 mg/d VLDL -Very Low Density Lipoprotein 43.4 mg/dl Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 7.4 LDL / HDL Cholesterol Ratio 5 HDL / LDL Cholesterol Ratio 0.2 Please suggest the possible ways to optimize cholesterol. I also want to know the primary reasons for this problem.
