Negative CT angiogram but symptoms persi

Hi , I ve been having symposiums of chest pain breathless jaw pain and left arm pain on exertion for 6 months. But my CT Angio was negative. Can I still be at risk?

Was the CT angiography done at a appropriate centre with a good CT scan machine. If the CT is normal the chances of having a significant coronary artery disease is very less.
