Heart Problems & Remedies

Hii doctor.i m male aged 22. I am having heart palpitations from 6 months because of anxiety and fear about what might happen in future. With anxiety and indigestion, I got pain in the chest and the back of chest and most of the times i feel dizziness. then i got ECG,TMT,2D ECHO done. they are normal.abdomen ultra sound is also fine. urine test is also fine. i have high ammount of hemoglobin and RBC. i dont consume alcohol or cigar. Can anyone suggest me how to cope with those palpitations. any medications or else any natural cure for palpitations and anxiety..i m feeling very vad from the last 6 months because of this. i will feel very happy if someone takes time to clear my douts in the comments box. thankyou so much in advance doctor. i have attached my TMT and blood test report.

While walking my mother has got chest pain and also got breathing problem. She also diabetic and bp problem.

I am a 22 year old female who is a dancer (normally low resting heart rate and pretty healthy) I do suffer from a small arrhythmia and episodes of SVT when I am dehydrated. Four days ago I developed a cough and some rather severe chest congestion with no fever, runny nose headache etc. But I have been having palpitations, having a history of heart issues I am very familiar with the sensation. The cough has not gotten worse, but it hasn't gotten better... should I be concerned?

I’ve been experiencing tightness and a dull pain in my chest for the last 12-14hrs. But it comes in waves, if i don’t think about it it doesn’t hurt or have any tightness but if i start to think about it it hurts and gets tighter. It also goes always when i put a cold wet towel over my chest. Idk if it’s just anxiety or if I’m having a heart attack. I went to sleep last night with the pain woke up without any pain and the pain slowly came back. What is going on?

Since March Iam feeling tightness in my heart.... initially I thought that is due to job tension...but now though everything is fine still Iam feeling the same pain.

Hi. I just got out of the pool about a half hour ago with a stomach ache which isn’t unusual. Shortly after I began getting shaky. I’m monitoring my heart rate on a Fitbit and it’s going from around 90 to 70 repeatedly. I also have anxiety which could be a factor in this. Should I be worried? What should I do? I am a 15 year old girl.
