Today My bp show 140/100 past i dont have bp problem i have allergy so i use mexiflo 250 inhaler and nasal at least two month

I have been experiencing back pain just behind heart. I sometimes have pain in my heart along with pain in arm and left ear. I'm currently under spironolactone and metformin for PCOS.

I can hear my heart beat when I lay down and have my head on my pillow what does this mean? I do suffer from anxiety and it makes me very anxious and my heart pounds and I feel like I’m suffocating. But is it normal to hear your heart beat ?

How is high and low pressure symptoms different ? And what to do if you do have high or low pressure. ?

I am 18 yrs old and i checked my bp in right hand it is 128/85 and when i checked it on right it its 145/95 on digital bp monitor. I asked about this to my doctor he said it is ok as he checked my bp with sphygnomanometer and bp of both hands come like equally. I still havr some doubt cause i am very nervous and single earning in my house. Please consult me and clear my doubt

I am 23 years old, and recently from past month or so I feel there is a bit discomfort near my chest area I feel tingling not painful, I am not obese I work out quite a bit regularly, from the past few days this discomfort is getting quite a bit noticable, also I feel a bit of pain when I touch or press against my rib bone . Can I have heart trouble at this age should I get a medical appointment.
